  • What are the shipping costs?

    UK & Northern Ireland - Enjoy FREE delivery to the UK and Northern Ireland on all orders over £20. Shipping costs for orders under £20 is £3. We use DPD courier service with all UK orders for a fast and safe delivery.

    France - spend over €55 to receive free shipping for orders delivered to France. Orders under €55 will be charged €3.50 for orders under 2kg and €10 for orders over 2kg. We use DPD couriers for this service.

    Europe - spend over €55 to receive free shipping in Europe. Orders under €55 Euro will be charged €5 Euro for orders under 2kg and €10 for orders over 2kg. We use DPD couriers for this service.

    USA/Canada & Rest of World - Enjoy FREE shipping if your basket is over £75, otherwise we charge £25 for orders up to 3kg. If over 3kg then we will charge £40 flat rate. We use DHL for USA, Canada and Rest of the World shipping.

    All UK orders are shipped by DPD and will be delivered within 5 working days. Tracking information is available to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship to most countries, however, we provide shipping costs only to the UK and the United Arab Emirates. If you do not see your delivery country please email for more information.

  • Can I return a product?

    Goods purchased from Herbal Essentials must be returned unused, as new, within 30 days of purchase date, securely packaged. We recommend using a recorded delivery service, just in case. Please contact for more information on how to return your order, please enclose your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange. We aim to process returns within seven working days of receiving them. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, we’ll refund your postage and packaging costs or offer an exchange to the value of the goods plus postage.

    Other Stockists If you have purchased through one of our stockists, you will need to visit them directly for a return or exchange.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    The customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

    We will refund your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to your original payment method.
